We can learn a lot by studying how other industries do things. In today’s episode Mike shares an example of just 1/30 travel professionals seized an opportunity to learn from a non-competing industry. The common denominator in sales is the fact that we are working with people. This infers that we can learn and benefit from the experiences of others regardless of their industry.
To paraphrase a quote from Merlin Olsen, “If I am not learning and my competitor is, when we meet, they will beat me.” Keep learning. Keep studying. Keep asking others how they do things.,
