Today’s episode, I’m going to share with you my thoughts as they relate to two recent Facebook posts I happen to stumble across while working with a large travel group.

The first agent one was asking advice on how to deal with an ornery client. The second agent in a seperate post was seeking input on how to compete with an entity  far larger than herself.

Contrary to any competitive advice you might think I will soon be sharing, you may be surprised, about how I approached each of these common situations.
