In preparation for an upcoming presentation, I am rehearsing a few opening statements to garner audience attention. The topic I had in mind involves the upcoming Summer Olympics in Paris and the question I will be asking has a to do with the concept of commitment. The question I am going to ask to this group of sales professionals is “if selling was an Olympic sport, would you be good enough to represent United States in Paris?”
That’s the question I’m going to ask them, and that’s the same question I’m going to ask you today. If selling travel was Olympic sport, would you be skillful enough at the present moment to represent the United States in Paris? If not, why not?
