It just may be time to sit back and reflect upon all the good you have accomplished this past year. It also makes sense to begin thinking about what needs to be continued, tweaked, added to, and or deleted 

One thing is for sure. You are a lot better than you give yourself credit for. Until you schedule time to think about your past year you will continue moving forward in the dark.
