There comes a time when you put all of your preparation, homework, research, and practice sessions behind you and simply ply your trade. In this week’s episode, Mike shares a story originating back to the days when he became a single engine airplane pilot. After failing a particular maneuver under testing conditions a number of times the instructor emphatically told Mike to forget everything he learned in the book for the moment. She told Mike to simply bring the aircraft back to its starting point and fly around the water tower keeping it positioned below the left wing.
Mike promptly did just that.
