This week Mike borrows from a golf lesson administered by Tiger Woods as an example of how refining ones professional position often calls for a simple modification. He also recalls the 1.6% rule that he invented having watched downhill skiers compete in the Nagano Japan Olympics, a few years back.

Where many entrepreneurs go wrong is when they feel they have to be twice as good as their competition. This simply is not the case. Nor is it possible. All you have to do is find a few areas that need improvement and focus on developing the skills related to those behaviors.
