A recent injury was the catalyst for this weeks episode of Mike’d UP Marchev. Trying to get back in shape too quickly in order to compete in an upcoming 70.3 Ironman Triathlon created a situation which I can say is most unpleasant at best. While seeking professional guidance in attempt to salvage the last six months of tedious training, I wear reminded once again of the importance of BALANCE. In this week’s episode I will call your attention to the need for you to keep yourself balanced while continuing to strengthen your business.
