There is an old saying that reminds us that first impressions are lasting. Well I happened believe that first impressions are very important but it is the last impression that is lasting.
That being said, your first impression often is that of your voice without any body language to support your message. Therefore the tone, inflection, volume, word selection, pauses and modulation can spell the difference between your next client and a passer-by.
